GroceNow is a platform that allows users to order groceries, meals, medicine, and other essentials from nearby vendors, as well as request car rentals and parcel delivery services. We connect customers with vendors, stores, drivers, and service providers.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use GroceNow.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled if the delivery has already been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor availability.
In case an item is unavailable, GroceNow may suggest a substitute or issue a refund.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
You agree to pay the full amount for your order, including delivery and service fees, as displayed during checkout.
We accept cashless payments (e.g., mobile money, cards) and cash on delivery where applicable.
Car rental users must present valid identification and, if driving, a valid driving permit.
GroceNow is not liable for any fines, accidents, or damages during rental use.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were issued. Late returns may attract extra charges.
Refunds may be issued for:
Items not delivered
Orders cancelled before dispatch
Car rentals cancelled within a specified grace period
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or wallet.
You agree not to:
Use GroceNow for any illegal activities
Harass or abuse delivery agents, vendors, or customer support
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app or its services
Vendors are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the products listed and delivered.
Drivers and car rental agents are responsible for safe, timely delivery and service.
GroceNow acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee product quality or vendor behavior.
GroceNow is not liable for:
Delays in delivery due to external conditions
Health reactions to food, medicine, or groceries ordered
Accidents or loss during parcel delivery or car rental services
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
